Pallets for the paper industry
The Alignum production line is especially designed to produce pallets for the paper industry. Due to the high degree of automation, even small batches of different size pallets can be produced efficiently. The line is capable of producing pallet sizes between 500×500 mm and 1500×1500 mm and further sizes can be manually manufactured.
CP-Pallets
CP-Pallets are norm pallets that have been developed for the chemical industry. They are pool pallets for re-use and consist for the moment of nine standard designs that can be produced by Alignum.
Four Way Pallets
Four-way pallets are pallets that can be lifted from all four sides. Alignum’s equipment is designed for pallet sizes between 500×500 mm and 1500×1500 mm, and further sizes can be produced by hand.
One Way Pallets
One-way-pallets are designed to be used once only and then disposed of. Alignum’s equipment can produce pallet sizes between 500×500 mm and 1500×1500 mm, and further sizes can be produced by hand.
Special Pallets
Special Pallets are pallets that are of different size to the pool and standard pallets. They can be made for heavy and very heavy duty purposes according to customer drawings and specifications. Alignum’s equipment is made to produce all pallet sizes between 500×500 mm and 1500×1500 mm, and further sizes can be produced by hand.
Europallet-Alternative
Alignum offers one-way-pallet alternatives in the Euro-pallet measures 1000×1200 mm that should satisfy your specific stability needs at the lowest cost. Please ask us for a quote.

Phytosanitary Measures
Special treatment prevents pallets to be infected by known forestry pests. If this is not done, it could lead to import restrictions. Our pallets can therefore be delivered in such a way that they satisfy import regulations of any country.

Heat Treatment (IPPC-Standard)
For the drying process, state of the art, computer regulated drying chambers are used to kiln-dry our pallets on demand. Special heat treatment makes it possible to destroy and avoid the growth of any of the targeted pests. The ISPM Pub. Nr. 15, 2002 rules say, that the wood core shall be kept for minimum 30 minutes at a minimum temperature of 56°C.
Alignum is able to produce pallets according to the ISPM/IPPC-standard, to mark the pallets with the agreed international marks and to certify the process with the according certificate.
Heat Treatment
Import Regulations
Alignum GmbH has been registered according to the Austrian plant protection act 1995 and has the permission to export pallets with IPPC-certificate (heat treatment) to overseas.
This means, that our pallets can be exported without problem to China, USA, Canada, Mexico, Australia and Japan.
Import regulations for packing material made of timber are needed for the following countries. (For other countries, no regulations are known.)
